SUMMARY:Last Day of School -- Goodbye Family Picnic
DESCRIPTION:Our Goodbye Family Picnic provides a concrete experience for the children through which to begin to recognize the changes and endings that come with our school year ending. The evening begins in the Parish Hall where children from each class will present a brief skit of a favorite song which they have prepared. After the Parish Hall\, weather permitting\, we will move outside for a picnic supper on the grassy area beyond Whiting House. Each family should bring their own blankets/chairs\, drinks and you may order a pizza through the school or bring your own picnic style dinner. Teachers will hand out a personal “Goodbye Book” to your child and we will end with a watermelon dessert!

DESCRIPTION:Wonder Years Portraits will be here on Wednesday\, February 7th and Thursday\, February 8th for “School Picture Days.” If Wednesday or Thursday are not regular school days for your child\, you may come on either day between 9:00 and 10:30 and the photographer will fit you into the schedule.  Siblings are welcome to have their picture taken as well. Just fill out and return the attached sign-up form. Be sure to include the names of any siblings having their photo taken on the form. Families wanting siblings included should plan to be here sometime during 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. \n  \nAll children that are photographed will be included in our whole school and class composite pictures. These are at no additional cost to you and do not require you to purchase anything. So even if you are not considering purchasing pictures\, consider having your child photographed so they may be included. \n  \nApproximately two weeks after Picture Day\, a viewing date will be set up for families to come in to choose and pay for their portraits.
